Need help please !!

99' Magna charged vette, was great, now running bad. Has less than 30K miles. Pulled sparks plugs, did compression test and both sides appear the same, but one side spark plugs look good, other side look bad. Runs but doesn't idle very good. Gets worse as the car warms up. Definate loss of power, but still runs. Put on cruise control at 45mph and it surges. Can't tell if its gas, air or electrical ... help ???

Check for codes. Hold options button while hitting Fuel button 4 times (I think). Also check that the rubber cap on the tube, forward of the right side head, hasn't fallen off...vacuum leak.
