Default How smooth should it be?

I just traded in my 1980 for a 2002.

Turning the corners at a slow speed doesn't feel as smooth as I thought it would. Of course at high speed it corners great. Wondering if this is something to expect or if it should be checked out.

thanks

Define "Smooth" . Is this a wheel bearing kind of thing, or a tire's-are-chopped kind of noise? Are the stock Runflat tires on still? If so, and aged they'll make noise. Just go outside and feel the tire tread with your hand to see if they're unevenly worn.

You may want to give more info on how the car reacts. Could be an alignment issue, balance issue, tires worn, something with the suspension, etc.
