whats a normal temp for the oil i have an 04

Hmm, my '00 generally runs at about 198 F. I guess it's because I don't "Drive it like I stole it."

205 to 212 for me with the outside temp 90+. During the winter it is the same as the water temp. 192.

mine was running aroung 194 and just seemed hight but i guess not thanks for the fast responses

It was 95 degrees yesterday. HOTT!! especially with the top off. In traffic I hit 228 Oil Temp, and 220 Coolant. That is the hottest I've seen on mine. I read somewhere that synthetic oil protects above 230, I've also heard that our all aluminum blocks run hot, and that those temps aren't out of the ordinary.

195 to 203 after 20 miles of driving fpr me, depending on ambient temperature.

I just put 1700 miles on my 04 on a trip to the Black Hills. I was running around the 229 degrees mark for quite a time but that's at around 90mph on I80 across Wyoming.
