If I get a GMPP from Ken Fitchner how does it work?
I was looking at getting a 48 month 60,000 mile with a $0 ded.
When does the 48 start? In service date or date of contract purchase?
The 60,000 miles is the total on the odometer?
So if I got it right now, today, It would expire in 06/06/2009?
Thanks
I just bought that same warranty from Fichtner. It starts from the day you buy the warranty and it adds 60,000 to your current mileage. For example, my mileage was 7000 when I bought it, so it ends at 67,000.
GMPP must be purchased within the factory warranty time and mileage period. Once the car reaches 12 months old or 12,000 miles, the prices of the GMPP almost double. Once the car reaches 36 months or 36,000 miles you can't buy one. If your vette is a 2000, you can't purchase it unless you are extending a GMPP that is already in effect.
