Default euro lites

It looks like Zip has the cheapest euro lites with the clear oval for $179 and now with 10% off and free shipping, that is $161. Anyone know what the clear part is for ? Thanks

turn signals, but you need to get an added harnes for it to actually work

The company is WestCoast, not Zip and they just say that it plugs in and no cutting of wires; nothing about a harness.

I thought the clear part was for backup lights when running the larger euro. licence plate. I don't have a set, just guessing.

The euro taillights use 8 light bulbs total. Stock uses 4.

The additonal harness includes the extra 4 bulbs and bulbholders, and the harness is installed "piggyback" to the original harness. The new harness terminates to a "T" connector, which simply plugs in between the factory taiilight harness connection under the car, near the pass. side muffler.

The one other modification involved is the cutting of a white wire under the dash. This is necessary to seperate the brake and turn signal circuits.

I have the red/clear euros on mine. The clear has an amber bulb in there that is the turn signal indicators.

i got mine for 169 shipped from pfyc (forum vender) took a whole 45min to install. complete with harness. also picked up the flush tail light kit..10min install..
then got fancy and ordered the sequencial turn signal kit from webelectric..this only took 15min to install...get a lot of comments about the look...kinda kewl..different...
both great vendors in my eyes..
