Default Interior question

Hey Guys,
Can anyone tell me how to remove the plastic interior “roof bow” piece on a coupe? It looks like it has four plastic clips that hold it to the sidepieces, but I am sure something else holds it in place and I do not want to break it. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I just completed dynamatting the entire interior a couple of weeks ago.

Besides the four clips there are four (if I remember correctly) metal clips on the upper side that snap into the top.

Just pry out the 4 plastic christmas trees. Mine were all broke after pulling them out so I bought a bag of 12 at napa for $4 rather than paying $3 a piece at gm.

Then pull the whole piece down.

**when you pull it down make sure you pull from the MIDDLE!!**
You must unsnap the middle clips first. If do the sides first you will crack the center of the piece since it is bowing more than designed too.

Good luck!

Awesome! Thank you so much for the information. I am going to give it a try this weekend. I will be heading to my local napa to pick up the clips, will let you know how i make out!
