Fender Stripes?

Has anyone put black fender stripes on a torch red Z. I have been thinking about getting some. I would like to see pictures if any of you do have them. Also, are they hard to put on and how do they wear (fading etc..) Thanks for all your inputs in advance!!

I have dark green fender stripes on my 01 MY for almost 2 years and I have seen no signs of fading at all. Of course, I don't live in "sun country" so perhaps that helps a bit.

Thanks for the info. I am interested in seeing different colors as well. It would be a real help if some of you can post some pics so I can see what the fender strips look like. I have been unable to get any pics of them. I believe they are the same as the Grand Sport's?

A black hash would look sharp on a TR Z!

I'm partial, but I love 'em... Not to mention they're steeped in Corvette racing lore...

Not tough to put on at all.

Red on black looks really good as well! I got mine from Eckler's, HERE'S a link to the page on their site. The picture shows a black C5 with the red hash.

Thanks! Some people like the red accents, some don't. I try to make anything I do on my car black, red or blue. I've seen several TR Z's with black wheels, tinted windows and the black hash, they look really sharp. I'll see if I can find a shot of one somewhere...

Hey guy, thanks for the replies! I would send you a picture, but I am currently deployed to the desert. I have been here for 4 months and will be going home in 3 days. I have pictures there, then maybe we can play around with it! Thanks!

I would love to see how a black or red hash mark would look on my SW.
