Hi guys,
I'm finally thinking for getting a Bra for my car. I've got a couple of questions - MY car is BLACK.
1. Which brand? (Under $300)
2. Which Color? Black color bra is obviously most used, but how's a Torch Red bra, on a Black car?
*** Also thinking of putting Torch Red Mirror covers (Bra for mirrors). I think first I'll get the Mirror covers, cuz its not such a drastic change. Having Red mirror covers on a Black car wouldn't look so dastic... THEN I'll get used to putting the Red bra on Black car...
If anyone has pix, of a Black car with Red bra, can you plz post your pix. Suggestions are also welcome....

I have always bought Colgan bras for my cars. They are well made and fit like a glove. You will get numerous reccommendations. I can only speak on the brand I have been using. $0.02 deposited

If I was gonna get a Black color bra, I'd probably go for the GM, with C5 flags Logo on it. But since I'm considering a Torch Red bar and Torch Red mirror covers, I'll probably go with Colgan brand.

For the best match for your color I would suggest Speed Lingere, however since your primary requirement is a limit of $300.00, I would go with the GM Bra. Don't know cup size though

I can't really visualize that. I think it would be too much of a contrast in colors. Hopefully someone has the combo and will post.......

I always found it almost impossible to put on a normal "heavy" bra because the stupid things keep sliding off the Zaino.

Here's the deal - I've added Red 2-tone color to the interior already - as seen in West Coast Corvette site. I added Red/Blk steering wheel skin, the Red console cushion, Red door handles... and they all look nice on Black interior (like the Z06's 2 tone Red/Black interior).
It looks so nice, I was thinking adding some Red touch to the exterior too. Will that look really that bad...

Red bra on a Black Vette, never seen it. But if you're happy with it it's your ride. Personally I wouldn't do it but it's not my car or money. I don't know why some feel their way is the only way, if it makes you happy do it!

I have used the same black Colgan bra and mirror covers on my 2001 black and 2002 Mag Red C5. I also purchased the C5 creations bra and mirror covers in Mag Red. I like the Colgan best for protection. It goes up on the hood farther than most others plus it has a V to help keep it in place. Two problems are that the headlight covers are a little hard to put on and start to have a problem above 80 mph. You also must have the Colgan Bra warm to get it to go on and fit well. Never had any problem with it even at 125 mph. I usually put it in the sun or on the heat vent before putting it on the car. I also make sure it is clean. I put a little Zaino spray on the front to make sure it is clean first.
The C5 Creations set up is fast and looks good but the the first time I used it I got two rock chips in the hood. OK for bugs but save well back of vehicles in ront of you.

Please define high speed. Had no problems with any of mine up ~100 (
on a closed private road of course ) Mine is just for highway trips..

I know Red & Black are both high in contrast, but that's what's getting me. Its like people who have Red or Yellow car, they put on the Black bra. So why not a Red bra on a Black car.
Besides, blame the West Coast Corvette for sending me their catalog, that shows all Black/Red 2 tone interiors.....Thats what's got me thinking... ....

Dont put a red bra on the black car or the side mirror covers that is way to much.I have a spiral gray car and the bra i have on is from speed lingerie and it matches the gray color of the car.I have put alot of red inside the car like the floor mats and cargo mat and the decals on the glove box and steering wheel they are red but not for the outside of the car i think that would be to strange looking you want people to notice your car not the bra. With the red bra they will be looking at that and not the beauty of the car itself.
