The memory thing is touchy in some cars. Memory settings will work fine in my 2000 and then I'll get in and nothing. I have to actually push the m,emory button for it to got into auto mode. Dumb question, but have you tried moving it with the button and not relying on memory?
The other immediate thought would be that its a fuse problem. Good luck
I am glad you got it fixed. This very same thing happened to me last year one week before going to Bowling Green. I was to say the least upset. I had no time to get it into the dealer before we left. So Patches came through for me and gave me the fix. You have to love this place. I wonder how much the dealers would want to fix it if the car was out of warranty.
