I'm getting down to low on the stock tires of my '00 and when getting replacement quotes they're about 1700 for the 4 if I want to keep the EMTs. The challenge is I have had two nail incidents so they've been priceless, but I am curious if anyone here has had good experience with other tires similar to the Eagle f1 emt, or if it is better to just stick to a stock low profile? Simply put for 17 on front 18 on back, which tires have impressed you? And is there a cheaper quality emt on the market? Greatly appreciate the advice in advance!!

I am running a set of the Firestone Firehawk runflats and like them. Nice ride, good handling and a lot less road noise. $1700 for the Goodyear EMTs is way too high. You should be able to get them for about $1200-1300 tops. Check out the Tire Rack for prices.
