HUD not working?
I have driven a Z06 before, and it seemed like it had the "1 to 4" light on the HUD, I don't get that light on my HUD, along with the Shift light... is there a way to modify the output on the HUD?
I can see the "1 to 4" in the HUD, it just doesn't light up when the "1 to 4" does on the dash board..

Mine has only shown the shift arrow, not the 1-4 message. I don't think it is supposed to show the 1-4 shift on the HUD display.

No 1-4 shift light in the HUD.
Here's the text from the 02 owner's manual.
Shift Light (Performance SHIFT Light)
This light is used for performance driving to indicate that the vehicle’s best performance level has been reached to shift the transmission into the next higher gear. The SHIFT light will display at an engine speed of about 5,750 rpm (6,250 rpm on Z06), just prior to reaching the engine fuel cut-off mode. To better understand the vehicle’s power curves, see “Capacities and Specifications” in the Index.
