I have them installed on my blue RX-8 and red Miata, but not on my Arctic White C5 FRC. The film can show as slightly off color on white and show dirt more frequently than paint, but for any other color paint it should be fine. If my Vette wasn't white I'd have one on it too! They protect like nothing else and can be washed & waxed just like the paint. I think cost is about $300, but you'd have to check with a local installer. I watched my guy do them and I definitely would have a pro do the installation. The patterns are cut by computer controlled plotter/cutter and need to be finessed into position and can require stretching/shrinking around corners, etc to fit just right. I've got contact info of a guy here in Orlando. If anyone needs it, just PM or IM me.

If you have a friend and a case of beer you may want to try it yourself but start with the small pieces.
