I have been deployed for seven months and just got home yesterday and when I got in my 98 vett and went for a drive I noticed a vibration when using my my breaks on I95 cruisng around 70 MPH. I am sure this is not normal, do you think my rotorrs need to be turned, replaced or do I need a alignment. I hope it's not a tire rod broken. Even when I was just cruising in the parkinng lot around 12 MPH slowing down it seemed a little jerky while applying the breaks. Please help me trouble shoot this. I know the dealer will chark probaly 100 dollars just to look at it.
Anbody? Tires have lots of tread. They are good year. I wonder if they are run flats, but it should not vibrate like that though
Pads may be uneven from sitting around for a long time. You may want to change brake fluid and bleed the brakes to make sure you have good fresh fluid and no air in lines.
A flat spot can develop on the tires from sitting in one place for a long time, tire shop can tell.
Welcome home!!!
What are some of the things the boys like most to get from home while the're away?

The hottest thing that most of us like to get is latest magazines and MP3 players. Everything else they already have but everybody is wrtitng home to get mp3 players with a plethora of music already installed. Ipods seems to be the the one of choice since it is so versatile anf (PERTY)! I got one from my wife with three thousand songs. It was nice and help kill time.
