Just received a hood liner from carmotorsports and installed it immediately and it looks great(no Pics right now). They take an original liner and cover it with some nice material and the c5 logo is embroidered and looks great. I think it was $360 shipped. You'll never have the edges separate and I think the material will hold up way longer then the cheap original liner.

I didn't buy the hoodliner - I bought the kit which consists of the "blanket", adhesive and the new retaining clips. To install it - you pull out the clips and remove your old hoodliner. Bassically you're going to center the blanket over the hoodliner and bond them together. Then you flip it over, trim the excess and glue down the edges on the back side.
By doing it yourself, you save on shipping and you don't have to buy a brand new hoodliner that's going to be covered up anyway! A buddy came over and helped me - took about 90 minutes! Piece o'cake!

Great idea, I just wish they would make the logo the same size as the stock hoodliner.....I am not crazy about the the "phantom" outline...Does it look good in person??
