I would just live with it if it only does it initially..... wait till it gets worse. About all you can do is replace it as far as I have experienced.

Its very annoying and embarassing if someone else is in the car. It does it for a good 15-20 seconds when starting the fan. Any idea what a replacement would cost? And how hard would it be to install?
