Ever since i installed a Halltech Stinger Intake 2 months ago, i get a "lean" code that pops up every 2 weeks. Would this programmer be the solution to my problems? Anyone ever heard anything about this programmer?

double check your install to make sure you have no leaks or unmetered air getting past. I had the same problem with my stinger before s/c and air was getting past the maf.

It seems the 03 & 04 Z's show codes more frequently than other years, if you go to the Halltech web site and look under tech tips they show how you can add a cold air scoop under the radiator shroud. I have an 04 with the Stinger, it was one of the first mods I did and I went through the code showing up once or twice a week thing, I did the air scoop install last July and since then they have not appeared. On the install site they take the complete shroud out of the car but you don't have to. I did my complete install from the top side and it took about hour and a half just taking my time. Check the site out.
I have talked with other guys that have told me the car will eventually figure out whats happening but I liked the idea of the cold air scoop.
If you search the archives on this forum there are other guys who have done this mod

You would not buy buying a programmer, you would be paying to have them download a new PCM program to your PCM. It should address your situation.
