How do you get in/out of your Vette!
I know this sounds stupid but think about it. This sucker sits low and I don't want to wreck the seats or anything pushing/pulling in the wrong place all the time.

Don't worry, between the rocking seats and the crappy leather, they will be ruined anyway you get out.

1. Getting in: Stand with buttocks "facing" the seat. Slowly lower body having the backs of your legs just above the ankles against the door opening for leverage as you slowly sit down. Then turn the body and your'e in.
2. Getting out: Reverse the above. With both feet out of the car, lean back as far as you can and then propel yourself forward. Once you get momentum going, do not stop. Momentum is your friend. Grab the steering wheel to help propel yourself out.
3. Pat yourself on the back for still being able to get in and out of a Corvette.

Most times I jump over the door and into the seat.
Sometimes my foot gets caught in the steering wheel.
Oh, I have a vert and I only do this when the top is down

Getting in: butt facing the seat slowly bend knees while grabbing the door bar (the thing that the door closes on that is on the left side, not the door) this keeps you from grabbing the seat bolster and ripping it.
Getting out: first look around and see if anyone is watching, if they are ,leap out of the car (even though it may hurt to do so we have a rep to protect) If no one is looking roll out on the pavement crawl to the rear tire and pull yourself up on it the whole while letting out an agonizing groan, slowly straighten up, dust off your knees and carry on.

Biggest problem I have is getting my feet in and out. My garage isn't that wide and I can't swing the door that far open. So I have to twist my feet through the narrow vee opening and drag them over the sill.
