There's already a bunch of early arrivals up here. I took my Vette to lunch today and the parking lot was already too full. I was fortunate enough to find an open space between a C5 & C4. I knew I'd be safe from door dings parked in between them

I'm very bummed, I'd planned to be there and can't go this weekend

Hey Richard isn't there another one up there this summer in August?

Big Bear Bash, happens once a year, almost always the last week end in June. A lot of people arrive the Thursday before.

On the last week end in July, 29,30,31. is the Arroyo Grande Show and Run. It's a great week end event, you should check it out if you have a chance

Don't feel bad Bud, I live here and have to miss it too. My girlfriends newly purchased home closed today, and she's moving into it next weekend. So we'll be cleaning and painting all weekend and next week. Worse yet, they're appearently testing the auto-X track right across the runway from my hanger right now. Man, I wanna play too
It seems that a smaller group of Vette owners come up every year as well. But it's typically only a couple dozen. There will probably be somewhere around 500 Vettes up here this weekend with this group.

Yep, know him well. His new C6 just came in and he's picking it up next Tuesday. Another good friend of mine bought his old C5. The picture is of my Silver C5 & Roger's old red C5.
