Interior Trim Piece Removal Question

Thanks for helping. I'm needing to remove the black interior windshield pilar trim piece on the passenger side to route an antenna cable on my 02 vert. How does this trim piece come off. I can't find any screws holding it on.

Also if I need to remove the sill plate plastic trim, how do I remove it?

I believe both of these pieces just pop out. I have removed both pieces in the past and don't remember any screws or other devices attaching them.

Grab a hold near the top and oull it back (towards the rear of the car). Try to keep it as level as possible, so the tabs don't snap off.

SSX is right ... no screws, just about 3 expanding, push-in metal tabs.

Thanks guys! I love this board. Problem solved in under 10 minutes. I never would have pulled on the piece without your suggestions. Looks like I'm good to go at this point.
