This past week my wife was at work and she saw a black C5 pull into the parking lot at the office she works at. She told her boss which drives a white C5 to look out the window as the car went by. They both thought the aftermarket wheels looked really good on the car. Sometime later a person from the building next door come running into their office building to tell them that a guy driving a black Corvette had got out and was smashing a brick against the window of a white corvette in the parking lot. My wife and her boss both went running outside to see whose it was since they both drive white corvettes. Turns out it was her boss's C5. There were pieces of bricks lying by the car but he couldn't get the glass to break. Luckily the paint wasn't damaged but she does have to get a new side window due to scratches let by the jerk. Fortunately my wife's C4 wasn't part of his plan.
There has to be more to this story that is being told. Maybe a pissed off person in a relationship that has gone bad.
If you want more info ask don't assume. My wife's boss is in her late 50s and we are friends with her and her husband, you are off base .
From the witness that saw what happen they said that the guy was driving a Black C5 with a damaged looking top. Based off the police report from what the witness saw he was after the top.
My wife said the guy was clean cut and the car was nice. It just goes to show you that you can't always figure someone is nice just because they're in a corvette.

Someone's jealous? Someone just got fired? Someone... believes HE'S responsible for their damaged top?
Dude, I would kill someone! Like this one time, this lady hit a shopping cart while parking next to me and it hit my car... Guess where I hid the body?
How can you tell people to NOT assume and then ASSUME the guy wanted a new top or part?????
I think:
He just got dental work done and the aftermarket stereo in your wife's boss' car was sending out a signal that reacted to the fillings in the guy's teeth which sent him into a MAD rage and he was just trying to stop the aftermarket stereo. Poor guy.

I'm not sure what's up with this...same thing happened to my paralegal a few mnths ago. She drives a white 2005 Mustang. Building management sent around an e-mail asking who drives the white Mustang...she respnded and went out to check. Someone had hurled a brick at her front passenger window. The window didn't break and the brick bounced off leaving nothing but scratches on the glass. Seems like a real noisy and inefficient way to break into a car in a crowded office building parking garage.
