In the past 24 hours I've posted two threads (one here, 0ne tech) with questions about battery & fog lights. Had readership but NO replies--NONE! That isn't like Forum. Be honest--is it my deodorant or my mouthwash?

Just a guess here, but maybe the questions that you asked were covered in the stickies that you might not have read, and people don't want to waste their time with issues that have been covered. Did you read the stickies?
---oh, I just went back to read the posts that you were talking about, and now my revised guess is this; they were too boring to read, so nobody read them
Sometimes it takes a few ttt's to get the topic in front of someone who is in the know about your particular query.

Sometimes people lie in the title to make it sound interesting or have some sex appeal to it, just to get the people to look at it and then they ask something totally different.
what is your question? what is wrong with your battery, and fog light? If you an AC delco battery, I recommned you change it. Other then that what was the orginal question?
I was doing some of the mods that any 72 year old 'Vette owner would be limited to and have a few questions/concerns. I put Sylvania 9005/6 bulbs in and adjusted the hi & lo beams. Took about two 1/2 hours (don't ask). The under hood light was on a few hours ,the hatch compartment lights were on for a very short time and the parking lights were on while the lights were raised and naturally the lo beams were on while I took care of the alignment. Had a dead battery. Just installed Diehard Gold two months ago and have been using the car. I'm not too bright about DC electricity, consumption rates etc etc but can't imagine that drain would wipe out the battery reserve. Is it normal? Also, I changed the bulbs in the fog lights. Never paid ant attention to yhem and really never used them. Went to adjust them and the lenses were very cloudy and not letting much illumination through. Are they normally transparent? Sorry to be so windy, but I'd appreciate some of the usual Forum help!!!!!!
Here is his original question... long... but im sure theres a question in there somewhere...
As far as the battery, Ive seen Sears batteries go bad in a short time, in fact any battery can. I would have pulled the fuses to the underhood light, or you may have also connected a charger on low amps, while you worked, to the battery[ I have before while working underhood],,....dont have any advice on the fog lamps issue, or answer that is

use a subject header asking: "What are ther best floor mats?"
and you'll get plenty of responses...
"Also, I changed the bulbs in the fog lights. Never paid ant attention to yhem and really never used them. Went to adjust them and the lenses were very cloudy and not letting much illumination through. Are they normally transparent? "
The stock lenses are cloudy, thats is normal.
If you want to raise the fog lamp light pattern, there is a torx adjustment screw located on the outer ring on the upper side.
