Thats right a G6. I sold my 98 C5 with 59,000 miles, Glass Roof, and 6-speed. I've had the car for 3 great years, and have had some good times in it. I picked up an 05 Pontiac G6, on a killer lease deal. I plan to drive that for awhile until I'm ready for a C6. I miss the Vette, but financially it was the right thing to do(at least that is what the wife tells me). Nothing beats a Vette, but this G6 is a nice car for the money. In a couple years I'll be back for sure.
I thought I was ready to move on, traded my 02 coupe for a SilveradoSS.
I love the truck, but 3 months later I missed the vette so bad, I went in
and ordered this one. I'll never do that again!!
mcrone................buried in your post were the words that made sense "financially it was the right thing to do". i view vette ownership not unlike money i invest in securities----only put money there that you don't need for essentials. owning a vette is a huge privilige & incredible fun; however, responsible fiscal policy supercedes fun stuff. when finances permit, you can rejoin. hope it's soon. bub
