...I just removed mine last night to repair issues with speakers and door openers...
very simple...
Basically 2 screws removed behind the inside door handleand and remove the reflector...
Make your first hard tug by holding the area of the reflector...
then several more abrupt tugs at the connector points...
Then lift of the door window sill...
