Is this something difficult to do? I have the Ti exhaust already installed and have had the x pipe sitting around for a while. Is there a place in the NYC/Long Island area that you guys trust to install it? About how much would I have to spend?
Thanks,
Bobby A
I'm not sure about NY, but here in Texas it would cost less than $150 to have it installed. Since cutting and re-alignining the tailpipes is involved, I'd encourage you to find a good muffler technician and have it done professionally.

If you've got stands, get Corsa's xpipe and do it yourself. You would need
a pipe cutter to cut out the section for the xpipe. Corsa provides you the
clamps to put it in place, no welding required. Not hard at all! Thats what
I did before the LGM headers.
Just be sure to measure twice and cut once!

Take a ride to Jersey and visit Eeast Coast Supercharging. They're a Forum sponsor and do excellent work I'm told. You can find their web site to the left of this post. Another excellent tuner is Vette Doctors out on the lsland if your closer to them.
Good Luck, Leo
If you do not mind driving to Connecticut we have a couple of guy's, I call the "Doten Boy's" who are outstanding at doing these kind of jobs.
They did my buddy's '03 vert last week. Contact the Forum member
CONNECTICUT, he is reasonable in his pricing and his work is excellent.
They are located about 10 minutes north of Hartford off of I-91.

However, it you take it to a shop I would ask them to weld it in, the clamps hang below the frame. I trimmed off the end of the bolts hanging down to help with that.

You'll need to cut the stock H-pipe behind the cats and then slip the x-pipe over the remaining stock exhaust. Not hard to do, but you need to be accurate on your cuts. I had mine done at a local muffler shop and they charged me $30 for the cutting and install.
