Weld Wheels
Excuse the posting in general, I have this in the wheels section but am looking for quicker responses here! thanks!
I was wondering if anyone else has had quality and customer service problems with their Weld Wheels? I bought a et of Evo wheels in the spring of 2004. Last fall I noticed a slight pitting in the barrel of 2 of the wheels. This spring not only had the pitting accelerated and its on all 4 wheels but the chrome is flaking on the outside of one wheel.
They came with a 5 year chrome guarantee so I thought no problem right? Well my local tire store has been jerked around by Weld the last month and 1/2. They said out we'll sent a new set, this never has happened before. But days have turned into weeks and its one excuse after another.
These were not cheap wheels and I expected better. Anyone else have any experiences?
