Well, I can't think of another time I have been this nervous. Even my first night in bootcamp was easier than this and dealing with my wife during our pregancy was less trouble.
I am transferring back to Charleston and I am shipping the vette to Seattle this Friday to drive it cross country to Bowling Green (doing the tour), then home to Gainesville, Florida and then to South Carolina. I can't wait to do the trip, but the car is going into a container and I am so worried about them ripping the nose off, or the bottom up or doing something that will delay my trip once I get to Seattle. Anyone out there willing to put me and my dad up if I have to stay in Seattle for a week to get repairs done? LOL!
I feel your pain. I am having mine shipped from Ohio to Texas. It got as far as somewhere in Alabama and the driver transport driver called with news that he had a mechanical problem and would be delayed a bit. All I can think of is that some Alabama boys are cruising for babes in my baby! Im sure thats not the case, but these things really make your mind wander. Im with you!

I just wonder how fast you'd have to be going to drive it down a hill in Hawaii and skip all the way to Kaulifawnia.
Other than that, I'd say it's out of your hands. So to donate energy to it in the meantime is a waste of energy that could otherwise be used thinking about mods.
Good Luck, Bro! Welcome back and enjoy the road trip. You'll never forget it.
