No words can be said when at such a young age they loose their lives I am extremely sorry for all those involved

Not only is it not a good idea, but NJ is one of the states that has a Graduated Driver License because of tragedies like this.

Examination Permit Driving Restrictions are: No driving between 12:01 a.m. and 5 a.m., Passengers must be from the driver’s household, plus one additional person (If one of the passengers is at least 21, there are no passenger restrictions), All occupants must wear safety belts, and the driver must not use a cell phone or other wireless device.
