Just dropped the C6 shifter + **** in my 04 coupe. The job was only a couple of beers long (thanks patches for the install info!). After the stock (too long, too unprecise) and a hurst (too stiff) this one is pretty sweet.
If I could only pick one mod for the M6 C5 this would be it!

Happy 4th!
How do you think it matches your interior's color? Can you see color variation?

Sounds like a good mod for you, congrats.
I am not happy with my stock linkage, and my nephew has a Ripper on his Z06 that is almost too short of a throw for me. I’d like to drive a C6 to see if I like the shifter.
You know, go to the Chevy dealer for a C6 test drive and do some power-shifts.
I agree. I have purchased a C6 shifter from a forum member in Canada. I am getting impatient as it has been a week since I sent the money order. Guess it takes longer to get a letter to Canada. Darn it! I am tired of waiting.
Alan depending on your taste I can't imagine you would be disappointed. How much did it set you back?
Indy the **** matches as well as my vetteessentials.com leather shift boot! Honestly didn't notice.
I just finished a great vette day. Washed, NXT waxed, then up Mt. Diablo road, 8 miles of twistys from 500-3800 ft elevation, 90 deg, top down, sun shining, new shifter. It don't get no better than that!
God bless America, land of the free, home of the brave, maker of the Corvette!
