Not to leave anyone out, and maybe this is true with other states?
However, EVERYONE in Texas has roadside assistance. If you are ever out on the road and need assistance all you need to do is call the "1-800" number on the back of your registration sticker on your window OR the same number that is on the back of your drivers lic. I just learned about this while in a Driver's School, for a ticket of course
Anyway, thought this maybe could be of some help to someone stranded out there some day.
If anyone from another state knows if it is that way there too, maybe you can let us know since we tend to travel.
You might let the folks over in the Southwest regional section of the Forum know too. A number of Texas folks who hang out there may seldom make it here to C5 General. Thanks for the info.
