Bad day got better!
Started 2 days ago. Gout flared up in my right wrist (and that is much more painful that the foot). Been on pain killers to take the edge off, missed 2 days of work 
Then it happened.....The house I have had on the market since Feb SOLD today and Lager99 got my payment for the C6 shifter! WooHoo! Can't get much better than this!

Not for a while. Can hardly use right wrist...there is no way on earth I could shift. Anyone that has had Gout will understand. It is one of the WORST pains you can get. Even laying a sheet on the part affedcted is intollerable.
