Exhaust question...
Ok, I know this question has probably been beat to death but Im new to the Corvette world, so give me a break. Ok, Im looking to buy an aftermarket exhaust (just for sound). What is the best sounding system out there? I know everyone has their opinion but I'm looking for something that is loud and deep and you will hear me pulling up. How about the B&B Bullit exhaust? Borla? thanks

I love my Borla Stingers. Made a nice improvement in sound over stock. If you want a big improvement in sound, get some headers too. I have not heard BB Bullets in person, but lots of people love them too. Good luck!

B7B bullets here. I love them the make the car sound really good. I am always getting compliments on how the car sounds. I have a sound clip of them on the webpage just follow the link in the sig and head for the z06 page.

The best bet is for you to check out sound clips of exhausts. You should get what you want, not what other people say. It is your car after all and you have to live with it every day. Here's a link for exhaust clips: http://www.thx2.net/exhaust.htm

I do not have either setup for mentioned. But I did follow a fiend of mine down to LA one weekend, and he has Borla's. The resonance was so bad coming out the back of his Z that I could barely stand it inside my Z. IMO this should be one of the high priority questions to ask prior to handing over the money. One thing I can say good about his Borla's, WOT they sound

I have had both the Stingers and the Bullets on my ZO6. Both sound great, though the Bullets are deeper in tone and have a little less resonance than the Stingers.
I have some sound clips of Ti's; Bullets and Stingers on the same car. E-mail me your address and I will forward them. Hope you have a high speed connection, they are huge files!

Exaust Afterfire
they tell me its not called a backfire ,but an afterfire but i got my car back from the paint shop and the guy musta hotroded it in the 365 miles he drove it . now it dont have much power and the car pops really bad out of the exaust..im thinkin its pushrods ,havent done much research anybody had this problem?

Man I just listened to the sound clip of the 4 tip borla stinger and the Corsas indy pace with the 4 tips sharktips both look and sound great. Not sure which one I want now. Man having so many choices suck somtimes.
