Another thing you can look into is geting a clear bra. It covers the fenders, hood, bumper and mirror and it's on 24/7. That way you dont have to re-tape the car for every event.
I got mine from my buddy pretty cheap and I will be getting mine installed soon. Many people have told me that it's worth it, and he hooked me up on the price. If youre interested, I can see what I can do for you too.
