10-PCM - Powertrain Control Module

10-PCM - Powertrain Control Module is not a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). It is one of a number of different (computer) modules that control the many different functions of the C5. When you run the C5's On-Board Diagnostics, each of the various modules will be displayed first followed by any DTCs that exist for that module. You can find the DTCs specific to each model year with their short definition at the following link:
Computer Codes for 1981 - 2003 Corvettes
After reviewing the information from the web site above, rerun the car's on-board diagnostics and make note of any valid DTCs and the module they are listed under. Hopefully this will give you an indication of any problem(s) that your car may have.
Here's a little tip that may help you when at the above web site to see the difference between modules and DTCs. Click on any one of the model years 1997 through 2000. For these model years, each of the C5's modules are listed first followed by the valid DTCs for that module. This should give you a better feel for the difference between modules and DTCs. Once you've seen the difference, then go to the specific model year for your car.
Hope this helps and good luck!
