[Z06] Mod Red or Torch Red?

Mod Red or Torch Red?
I keep seeing a lot of reference to a Mod Red interior. My '01 Z06 Interior color is called Torch Red (that's what it says on the window sticker). I'm confused and would appreciate it if you could help me understand the difference between Mod Red and Torch Red interior colors.

Hmmm...and your sticker says what? I know my interior is precisely as you describe, and my sticker calls my interior Torch Red.
If someone can show me a sticker that says there is an interior called Mod Red, I'm prepared to eat it.

apparently he's just looking for something to argue about.... The original question was asking about what is refereed to as Mod/Red. In 2001 there were two interior options, RPO191/Black and RPO701 as I described above. Genius, I mean Geneus, has brought a sticker into the discussion, which I guess is the subject of another thread, or maybe he's just hungary......

My interior is the black . red and it is called torch red. I think mod red is just a synonym on this forum for torch red interior. I don't think there is anything official called mod red, it is torch red.

Don't profess to be a "genius" (but I did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night
)...just happen to work in the area of molecular biology and genetics, thus..gene-us. 
As for what was referred (did I spell that right?
) to in the thread, the original question was about mod red vs torch red for what the interior is called...look at the title. 
I too had the same question at one time, but gave up, since it would seem that mod red is the color of the interior...afterall, its on the forums, so it must be right.
