Default Drag radials

Does anyone run the BFG drag radials full time? I have them on since maybe I will drive the car 1-2 times on the wknd or to race..Just wanted to see how long they will last this way!( just too much of a hassle to keep swapping)

I leave mine on sometimes when I am too lazy to change them back. I heard you will get about 3000 miles out of them (obviously that drops if you go to the track a lot). I do love to see people's faces when they look at the rear tires and see everything stuck to them.

I believe Don (Geneus) runs with a ET slick or something like that. You can ask him how long they last.

Haven't run the BFG Drag Radials full time, but I have a set of Nitto 555R's on my car right now. Tires have about 8,000 miles on them and they're just now starting to slick out in the center. They still stick to a warm road like glue!!

I have had the BFG's mounted for about 3500 miles now and about 75 passes with 5-7 second burnouts and I still have a little tread left. Now the the tread is alomost gone I plan pn upping the launch RPM 750. The tires will not last as long as Nitto's but they need less burn out to get sticky. The Nitto's require 7-10 in my observations.

Had 'em and they suck in the rain. Normal driving in the rain with these tires is not fun. Dry warm roads....FUN!
