B&B TriFlow Headers Question...

Have any of you mechanical type GooRoos installed your own headers? (Shorty, not long tube) If so, can you give me a quicky lesson on what all I have to remove to install them? What should I look out for?

Its easy to put them in upside down so be cautious because it annoying to have to unbolt and rebolt. Its also helpful to have a helper under the car when you are fitting things together into the doughnut.

So... if I had to do it again, I could do it in half a day instead of a day.
