2001-2002 Z's
I know a few of the differences such as: 20 extra hp, 405 hp badge, HUD not offered on 01 and standard on 02, and Oil consumption issues on some 01's. Are there any other differences than this? If you can help me out I would really appreciate it! 
I'm trying to buy one right now and I need to know if I should consider both years.

There's one reality in Corvette's - Continual Improvement year to year. So the advice I'll give you is buy the newest one you can afford all else being equal.
