I have them for about a year now. No problems, easy install. I like them, I think there cool and something different.

I installed them the same time I flush mounted the tail lights. They do attract attention from other C5 owners. Very cool

...I havent determined why nor have I notified the manufacturer yet...

WOW - Talk about fast.
I got a response back in about twenty minutes.
I asked if the sequential harness would work with the euro tail lights and this is what I got back.

If the Euro part of the fixture uses #3057 ir #3157, then yes, the STS-2C5 harnesses will work. However, some Euros use a #3156 (single filament) or bayonet base lamp. If yours use these bulbs, then I'm afraid my harnesses won't fit.
