I did it. Very easy. The car seems stronger. The stock air inlet in the housing is almost shameful. It almost seems like the factory was trying to derate the motor by restricting airflow into the filter assembly.
Just cut out the center front section of the air filter cover. That way you can retain the factory clips and not use zip ties. Also add a K&N filter and front hood seal to prevent water from dripping into the front of the air filter.
And why not? I heard that there is a high performance hood seal that gives an additional 5 rwhp as well.

Yup, I just put a neon bulb in the car on the way back from home depot and I could definatley feel a SOTP difference and it wasn't even hooked up yet, imagine what it would be like hooked up.
