My BEST mod yet!
DEFINITELY has to be new tires. I ditched the runflats, and got a nice new set of Toyo Proxes T1R's. I can not believe the difference, it feels like a whole different car, and I mean that in a good way. So much less road noise, and the ride is 100X smoother. If you haven't ditched your runflats yet, DO IT!

I would love to - but my car is way too low to get onto a flatbed even with the tyres inflated...

I couldn't agree more 
I finally got rid of my runcraps a few months ago for the Michelin Pilot Sport 2s, what a difference! It even took a little while to get used to the new handling. I added a tunnel plate and Z06 sway bars and this baby is awesome now.
