DEFINITELY has to be new tires. I ditched the runflats, and got a nice new set of Toyo Proxes T1R's. I can not believe the difference, it feels like a whole different car, and I mean that in a good way. So much less road noise, and the ride is 100X smoother. If you haven't ditched your runflats yet, DO IT!

Lol I don't care, hijack away! Just as long as everyone knows that they're really missing out on how smooth and well a C5 really is without the runflats!

Like I said, I would love to ditch the runcraps before yesterday - but if I got a flat I couldn't fix, I have zero chance of either jacking Grond up or getting in on a flatbed - it just ain't gonna happen. The front airdam is 1.75 inches off the ground and the body is just under 4 inches
At the Cruise In, we couldn't get a very low profile screw jack under it without me lifting the body and Tom slipping the jack under

Stephen, why don't you just turn it into a hovercraft? It sounds like you're just about there now.

I couldn't agree more I finally got rid of my runcraps a few months ago for the Michelin Pilot Sport 2s, what a difference! It even took a little while to get used to the new handling. I added a tunnel plate and Z06 sway bars and this baby is awesome now.
