My turn signals stop workin and I have to smack the dash just above the hazard button to get them to start working again. Its getting worse, sometimes I have to smack it several times during a turn. Sometimes I feel like I'm still drivin my old Rambler.... What is the fix for this?
I changed my hazard switch this weekend- about $40 and 1.5-2 hrs.
Search for hazard switch- there is a good step by step that I followed.

Guys - this is a known problem. The turn signals are wired through the hazard switch. It causes the turn signals to work one minute and not the next. GM fixed mine under warranty. They replace the hazard switch and it all works. Mine's been fixed for two years and the problem never returned.
