Default 02' Z06 Price?

I am looking at a 02' with 6400 miles.

Exhuast, intake, chrome Z06 Shoes, she is TR w/mod red int, in mint condition.

What would be a good price to pay for it?

'03s can be had for 35-36k but with slightly higher mileage.

Pay what YOU think the car is worth to YOU.

Where is this car? There was one recently in NY with the exact same mods/condition.

I've heard prices of 35K down to 28K (with almost five times that milage). Really comes down to what you think it's worth to you.

Might possibly be in Ny....I guess I just gotta get the ***** and just buy one already. I guess I will not be happy if it is not mint, so I guess I have to pay the extra few grand.

I am pissed I can't find anything local to me.

Sorry for the dumb repeated post on prices. I guess I am try to get talked out of or into buying one already.

In my short shopping time on Z06's....they are truly BABIED cars, and their owners seldom drive them and give them the best care. That's great for us! Low mileage and mint condition. I doubt they enjoy their cars with such limited mileage. But again, better for the buyer.

I haven't seen one with over 50K on it...and even 30K on the clock is hard to find with an '02 or so.

Corvette Magazine has it listed at 35 - 38. With the way the market is right now I am sure you can find really nice ones for even lower than that.

Here in Wisconsin 02's in clean condition with low miles are going for $33K-$35K... Dealers are asking $44K-$45K for low mileage 04's.

Good luck! I bought a 2002 Torch Red/Black Z06 today with 4500 miles. The car is a new car, everything perfect. It's still got a little factory warranty. Payed $34,800. I'll never get to sleep tonight waiting to get out on the road tomorrow........

Well, luck ran out. Guy finally e-mail back and said car was sold. Was hoping to call him and tell him I was gonna buy and pickup today.

Oh well, I know of an 03' but it is alittle more.

lol same here. cars for sale by owner are about 1-2k high compared to national prices. dealers are about 3-4k high in some situations.

i drove an '02 TR Z06 w/Kooks & Borla quads yesterday.. sticker 36,999.. long story short dealer pay tax and dealer fee.. still out the door at 38K.. needless to say I walked. it was a nice test drive however, we got lots of looks and stuff. The kooks and quads had a bad resonance at 2500 rpm and the cars interior wasn’t in the best shape.

at this point i'll probably be buying my car off the net from a vette board or eBay. i'd much rather buy from a fellow enthusiast then get a trade in off a lot. trade-in's scare me more.

Prices are all over the place. Dealers won't budge on anything. I mean 03' I am offering $2000 below there asking price....cash non the less and the guy tells me that they have an 02 coming in.

I bought my first Mustang used from a dealer, and got it 5000 below their asking price. And that was on a low $20,000 car.

I know they are getting hammered with the Employee pricing, I guess they have to make it up on the used end.

Just missed a good deal at Kerbeck. If I only wanted black, there was a mint 03' w/10k for $34,999.

Well I am not sure where you are or what you consider low miles but I have a 2001 MY Z06 for sale with 25,017 with an extended warranty for sale. Excellent condition. $29,500. Maybe it will fit the bill for you if not good luck in your search.
