20% is as legal as it gets

20% is as dark as you can go in the states on the doors (driver/passenger). And that is in 1 state (my home state of NM). Most other states are 25% or higher with a couple (like NJ) not allowing any on the two forward doors. I've had 5% on one of my Mustangs a while back. Looked cool during the day but was a B!#ch at night. I've been pulled over twice in NC for the tint but they couldn't do anything because my vette is registered in NM..hence, it is legal.
If it was a showcar or weekend warrior, I'd say don't change a thing. If your pocketbook can handle it, or the LEO's in your area have nothing better to do than to harrass you for your tinted windows, I'd change it for 20%. With the black interior and black exterior, it will still look nice.
The car looks good with those wheels, but I've never been a fan of ARE quality.
