Thought, I would share my thoughts on my high HP car.
As some of you know my motor work is done. We just have to beautify it. (tons of carbon fiber on the way along with custom pipping)
The 600rwhp @ 9psi and 4.10s is a blast. But I spend 7/8 of my time barely in it (Around 10%-20% of WOT). The car is VERY calm in traffic. The cam (113) does make my car shake at idle at red lights. Kind of funny when you have that plus the blower whine. People look at you like what the hell. LOL
Soon as I get on the car it is insane loud, so much so 1/4 throttle makes peoples doors shake and sets off car alarms. Which I love.
I have more tq pull in 4th gear than I used to have in 1st. If I see an open spot in the road its not hard to just touch the gas and take it. When I feel like crusing, I though it in 6th at 70 the car is at 1500rpms and you never know what I have under the hood.
We do have a lot of open roads out here in the country and anything past 1/4 throttle in 1st & 2nd I spin on street tires. But when I am rolling, its a WHOLE different game. I put it in 3rd at 40mph and the car hits 130 in a blink of an eye. You really have to pay attention not to bounce off the rev limiter set at 6400 cause it comes up so fast.
Thus far, its been a blast and if anyone ever gets the chance to add any kind of Force Ind. to there car, I would highly recomend it. Its nice to know you have more power than an Enzo, and we have only just scracthed the surface of what this car can do, wait till we pulley it down from a 4.50 to a 4.10. 700+rwhp here I come.
It's been a long time in coming Jon. You deserve it!
Love stories like this

Thanks EG. yours will be up and running soon. 400rwhp is nothing to snezz at.
I also have to give a shot out to Vette Ess. Ken is the MAN. I love being in my car and everything I touch is VE leather/suede wraped. Its like having a brand new car. With the Sparcos...wow, its like a lamborghini. and we all spend 90% of our time inside our car.

A custom interior is on my list after I finish (if ever) all the performance and handling mods
Wow sounds exciting, congrats. I would love to have something like that, but you know the money thing. You must have at least $10k output? What do you mean about the pulley thing, I hear about this often and not sure what it means. Gary

It's really good to hear you are pleased with the performance Jon. I can't even image having that many ponies under the hood. I would never be able to keep up with replacing the tires.
Can't wait to meet you and see your car. I believe I'll be at Chris' house the same weekend as you so maybe I'll get a ride too?

Gee everyone wants rides... Let me know.
The pulley down is the size of the pulley of the SC. I have a 4.5inch pulley. The lower the pulley, the higher PSI you run.
Just so you know, the 10k figure. The new F1 with ECS brackets will run around 10k alone for the SC. Then to run the F1 you have to have forged motor, upgraded fuel, stronger tranny parts, and higher hp clutch. So, plan more than 10k for the project. If you get a used blower you can save some money.

Somebody evidently isn't familiar with what's involved to take one of these cars to the modded extremes such as you have, huh Jon?
Don't we wish it could be accomplished that easy?
And Wow!!! That is one bad beautiful beast you have created!!!!!
