The M6s have the computer flashed, so, remove the tune before you go to the dealer.

Your question is unclear. If you have the aftermarket Column Lock Bypass installed, which bypasses the locking of the column, then installing a Predator tune will have no effect on it. You are fine.

If you mean by Column Lock Bypass, you had that so called fix that GM put out to address the column lock problem done, then you MAY run into a problem. If the Predator is new and has never been installed before you will be fine. If your Predator has been installed prior to having GM's fix done you might have a slight problem. My Predator is over 2 years old and I had to send the unit in after I reinstalled the stock tune, to get it unlocked. If I hadn't have done this, when I installed the performance program I would have lost the reflashed stock program. In my Predator, once it marrys with the vin and the stock tune is downloaded to the unit, it will never download it again. So, what I'm saying is that you have the possibility of losing any "upgrade" to the PCM that the dealer does.
