finally
well i finally went ahead and did it
longer bolts and cut bushings
the ride is no different than lowered on stock bolts
ill have pics later as the windows are being tinted right now
also for those wondering the offset on the z07 wheels from corvette garage do not interfere with lowering it any as i was scared the rear would rub under a big bump with the offset of the 18 x 11 but they dont

also anyone interested in some grade 5 bolts for the rear i have a surplus of about 20 or so they are grade 5 -1/2 inch by 7 inch bolts

here are the pics
cut bushings, longer bolts, windows 20 percent all the way around
painted calipers and z07 wheels exterior almost complete just need to do z06 screens all the way around pics arent the greatest
