I'm putting on a cowl cover. I removed the nuts holding on the wiper arms and they won't budge. What am I missing?
There on a splined tapered shaft. Flip the wiper arms up, hold it at the hinge point, and while rocking them back and forth on the shaft, tap the top of the shaft with a hammer. You can leave the nut on so its flush with the shaft so you won't mash the top threads flat. But you have to tap it and rock the wiper arm at the same time. That normally frees them up, if you don't have a puller

The pic's do not do it justice. I'm very pleased with the way it looks. Way
It came from West Coast Corvettes. They must have shipped some with crappy packing that got broken because this thing took me 20 minutes to unwrap the 50 yards of bubble wrap they had it in. I couldn't believe the size of the box!
The pillar covers are from Carbonwerks thru eBay. Perfect match.
