Cruise control kicks out...
Ever since I had a heavy duty clutch installed a few years ago my cruise control kicks out-at 40 MPH in 6th (I have 3.90), going down hills, and when my engine isn't tuned right and bucks at low speed.
I remembered a recent post about buttons (switches) at the brake and clutch pedals, so today I drove at 40 under the conditions that it kicks out but I held my foot under the clutch pedal and pulled up and it doesn't kick out under that condition.
What do I need to do? I mostly don't work on my car.
