Default Thanks Guys!

Well the wife needed more room and an easier car to drive so I sold off the Z06 and bought a BMW M3. I miss the Vette.

I just want to tell you guys and gals thanks for all the things you taught me about Vettes, the honest folks I dealt with that sold me parts, the kindness and advice, the notice of events. I greatly miss the Corvette culture and especially this Forum.

Unfortunately many folks on the M3 Forum are not nearly so nice. BMW owners seem so insecure about their cars, especially when matched with Vettes. They dish them at every opportunity. I don't know whether it's just pent up anger cause deep down they think they spent too much, or what. It's always about the plastic in the interior, or lack of refinement. I see no "class" or respect in many of the commenters. And, be careful about asking questions. You get flammed unless you do your research. It's disappointing because many like me go to the Forums to learn and hear the experience of other owners. Frankly I'm reluctant to ask questions anymore.

Anyway, enough of my whining. I just wanted to say thanks!

Should have sold the wife and got an other Vette. And to me the M3 is not that roomy, you could have gotten an A4 coupe, had more room then the Z06, and it would be easier to drive
