CF Rules/Bylaws
Recently I've seen 2 threads that where locked and as I read them, I could see nothing wrong with the verbage or the comments expressed by the creator. So, my question is, Is there a location that states what the rules are relative to the comments expressed in any thread.
I did a search on various words such as "rules" and "bylaws" but really didn't get what I was looking for.
